1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement governing access to and use of the GTCKSA website located at https://gtcksa.com (the “Site”), operated by Global Trading Company for Office & School Supplies (GTCKSA).

By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing from the Site, the user (“User”) confirms full understanding and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not agree, use of the Site must cease immediately.

These Terms apply to all divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated digital platforms operated by GTCKSA.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

Access to the Site is permitted only to individuals who are:

3. Account Registration and Security

The account holder is solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

  • All activities conducted under their account

Any unauthorized use or security breach must be reported to GTCKSA immediately.
GTCKSA disclaims liability for losses resulting from user negligence or failure to safeguard credentials.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment Verification

4.1 Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. An order is considered accepted only after:

  • Successful payment verification, and

  • Issuance of an order confirmation by GTCKSA

GTCKSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or supplier error, GTCKSA may cancel the order. Any processed payment will be refunded promptly.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

To mitigate unauthorized financial transaction risk, GTCKSA may verify payment details.
If verification cannot be completed within two (2) business days, the order will be automatically canceled.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, layout, and code—is the exclusive property of GTCKSA or its licensors and is protected under Saudi Arabian and international intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from GTCKSA.

6. User Submissions

Users may submit content such as reviews or feedback.

  • Users retain ownership of their submissions

  • By submitting content, the User grants GTCKSA a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content

Submissions must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringe third-party rights.
GTCKSA reserves the right to remove or edit any content at its discretion.

7. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, the User consents to receive electronic communications relating to:

  • Orders and transactions

  • Account management

  • Policy updates

Marketing communications are optional, and Users may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in such communications. Transactional messages remain mandatory.

8. Privacy Policy

All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the GTCKSA Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Site, the User consents to such data processing in compliance with applicable data protection regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Third-Party Links

GTCKSA is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites, and access is at the User’s own risk.

10. Termination and Suspension

GTCKSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site immediately and without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

Upon termination:

  • All licenses granted to the User cease immediately

  • The User must discontinue all use of the Site

GTCKSA shall not be liable for damages arising from suspension or termination.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

The Site and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GTCKSA’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product sold

  • GTCKSA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GTCKSA from claims arising from misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

  • Seat of arbitration: Cairo, Egypt

  • Language: English

  • Arbitrator: Independent, with expertise in IT and e-commerce

Courts

Matters not subject to arbitration shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Modifications

GTCKSA may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
