Within Riyadh
Standard shipping arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Order before 11:30 AM for same-day delivery. Fees are calculated automatically from your delivery location and order weight.
Outside Riyadh
Express shipping arrives in 2 to 3 business days across the Kingdom. Large items take 4 to 5 business days. Fees are calculated automatically from the destination city and order weight.
Returns
Returns, replacements & refunds
- Cancel or request a replacement within 3 working days of receiving your order
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense — except for manufacturer defects, where GTC covers it up to your original invoice amount
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt, with photos showing the damage and your order number
- Report manufacturer defects within 3 days of receiving the shipment
- Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Custom, personalised and special-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective
- If an order is cancelled or changed after it has been dispatched, shipping fees are not refunded

Shipping questions
How long does delivery take inside Riyadh?
Standard delivery arrives within 2 to 3 business days. If you place your order before 11:30 AM, same-day delivery is available in Riyadh.
Do you deliver outside Riyadh?
Yes — we deliver across the Kingdom. Express shipping arrives within 2 to 3 business days, and large or bulky items within 4 to 5 business days.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Automatically, from your delivery location (or destination city) and the weight of your order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return or replace an item?
You can cancel your order or request a replacement within 3 working days of receiving it. The item must be returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except for manufacturer defects, where GTC covers it. Custom, personalised and special-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photographs clearly showing the damage and your order number. We will either replace the item or refund its value, subject to availability. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned items and inspect them.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number and a direct link. You can also check progress on the Track Your Order page at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver within Saudi Arabia only.
