Welcome to GTCKSA. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://gtcksa.com and the GTCKSA mobile application (together, the “Platform”), and every purchase you make through them. By browsing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are

The Platform is operated by Global Trading Company for Office and School Supplies (GTCKSA), a company operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“GTC”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately at contactus@gtcksa.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or close an account that provides false information, misuses the Platform, or breaches these Terms.

3. Products, Prices, and VAT

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately; however, minor variations in color, packaging, or specifications may occur, and product information provided by manufacturers may change without notice.

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued for every order.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and fully refund any amount paid.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; the sale contract is concluded when the order is dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel any order in cases including, without limitation: product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete payment. If we cancel your order (or part of it), any amount you paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.

5. Payment

You may pay using the payment methods shown at checkout (such as mada, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay, where available). Payments are processed securely by licensed third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment cannot be verified or completed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. Delivery areas, timeframes, and fees are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve it for you.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: cancellation or replacement requests are accepted within 3 working days of receiving the products, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories; manufacturer defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt; approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after inspection; and customized, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations.

8. Warranty

Some products carry a manufacturer’s warranty, as indicated on the product page or in the packaging. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. Contact us at contactus@gtcksa.com and we will assist you with the claim process.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Platform;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users’ accounts;
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content;
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of GTC or any third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, trademarks, text, images, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to GTC and is protected by applicable laws. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, and our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of authorities, disruptions to logistics or telecommunications, or supplier failures.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and committees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a consumer, you may also submit complaints to the Ministry of Commerce through its call center (1900) or official channels.
