TREND enterprises, Inc. has been making classroom materials in New Brighton, Minnesota since 1968, when it created the first ready-made bulletin board sets and gave teachers an alternative to cutting displays by hand. The catalogue now runs to thousands of items: bulletin board sets and borders, Wipe-Off charts and calendars that are written on and cleaned off again, flash cards, learning games and pocket charts, and the Scratch ‘n Sniff Stinky Stickers reward range.
